Job summary

Revantage is seeking an Analyst in Bengaluru to support Technical Due Diligence for Blackstone Real Estate portfolio transactions. The role involves data aggregation, review of DD deliverables, and maintaining environmental risk datasets.

You will interact with Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies to ensure accurate information flow and timely deliverables. Candidates should have a 3+ year consulting background, knowledge of Phase I ESAs, and familiarity with US and EU environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years consulting experience with fluency in ASTM E1527-21 and knowledge of regulatory standards in the U.S.
• Performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments prepared for CMBS lenders and/or European equivalent lenders.
• Fluency in Equator Principles and EU environmental standards.
• Experience in hazardous building materials/conditions including asbestos, lead-based paint, radon and abnormal mold growth.
• Experience navigating real estate transactions, with an understanding of acquisition, financing, disposition, and other due diligence activities.
• First-class interpersonal skills, including relationship building and maintenance.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Excel and Word, including Power BI and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Document query and asset data aggregation for due diligence.
• Cursory review of new due diligence deliverables and extraction of key data points.
• Maintain Technical DD data set of key environmental risks.
• Coordinate with Revantage, Blackstone and portfolio companies throughout transactions.
