Job summary

Medline India is seeking a skilled BI and Power Platform Developer with 5-6 years of versatile, hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform to join our Pune-based team. The role is Hybrid and based in Pune.

The ideal candidate will design dashboards, reports, and visualizations, create Power Apps applications, and build Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in developing custom applications using Power Apps.
• Experience creating and managing workflows with Power Automate.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using both Power BI and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service).
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
• Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address operational and reporting needs.
• Create, manage, and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop data models, integrate data from multiple sources, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting and application solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance tuning for existing Tableau dashboards, Power BI reports, and Power Platform applications.
• Apply best practices in visualization design, usability, and governance while staying current with enhancements in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create technical documentation, deliver user training, and support adoption of BI and Power Platform solutions across the business.
