Medline seeks an Analyst Business Intelligence to partner with eCommerce stakeholders in Pune. You will develop and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to drive data-driven decisions. Expect cross-functional collaboration and a focus on KPIs, performance, and insights across marketing and operations.

You will build SQL statements, model data, and participate in Agile scrums, delivering timely ad-hoc reports while ensuring accuracy and meaningful visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in dashboard development using Tableau or similar.
• 2+ years using SQL for data analysis and tuning.
• 2+ years data modeling experience.
• 2+ years analyzing and reporting data to drive improvements.
• Experience in agile/scrum environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; MS Word/Access proficient.

Responsibilities

• Produce actionable reports and dashboards showing KPIs and root causes.
• Create, review, and tune dashboards for accuracy and storytelling.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and impact.
• Develop medium-complexity SQLs and tuning.

## Analyst Business IntelligenceApply: Hybrid: Pune: Full time: Posted Today: R2619948**Job Summary**Under general supervision, work closely with a variety of eCommerce stakeholders to develop and maintain departmental business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
Develop, monitor, and report department KPIs and metrics, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution.**Job Description****MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Produce actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.* Create, review, and performance tune dashboards. Ensure dashboards are accurate and display meaningful visual stories.* Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
