Ideal candidates hold an MBA in Finance or professional qualifications (CA/CFA) and have hands-on exposure to equity capital markets, with a focus on meticulous data management and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (Level 1/2/3) or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
• 4 years of experience in equity capital markets, IPO processes, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Prior exposure to an IPO Mainboard (on issuer or advisor side) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SEBI ICDR regulations, Companies Act, and Indian capital markets.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
