In this role, responsibilities may include:
Designing state of the art NVM memories -- EEPROM, EPROM, Poly-Fuse, Fuse, Anti-fuse etc for commercial, automotive, and industrial applications
-Designing peripheral analog IPs for memories like high voltage generators, Voltage, and current references, LDO, Oscillators etc.
-Working with World-wide Technology and Process development owners to influence best in class NVM component development
-Design Verification to ensure design robustness. This includes running PVT verification, statistical simulations as well as analyzing the impact of extracted parasitics.
-Collaborating with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production.
