Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) in Bengaluru invites applications for a senior IC design engineer with 7–13 years of experience to work on GPIO/analog blocks and high-voltage designs in advanced SoC projects. The role emphasizes cross-domain collaboration and rigorous tape-out processes.

The candidate should hold B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. degrees and bring hands-on experience in GPIO platforms, power clamps, and serial interfaces within a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Experience – 7 to 13 years in IC design.
• Qualifications – B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E are required.
• Tape-out experience in GPIO platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in GPIO cells like TX, RX & Serial Interface logics.
• Sound knowledge on Analog basic blocks design like comparators, schmitt triggers, filters & Opamps.
• At least 2 or 3 projects tape-out experience is required preferably in GPIO platforms.
• Strong knowledge on High voltage designs (LVCMOS33, LVCMOS25 & LVCMOS18) with stacked driver architecture.
• Design knowledge on Power clamp, Ground clamp cell developments.
• Expected experience range: 7 to 13 years.
