Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Oracle integration specialist in Hyderabad to troubleshoot in OIC, design cloud integrations, and optimize ERP, SCM and HCM interfaces for client projects. The role requires strong SQL, REST/SOAP web services, BIP/OTBI reporting, and collaboration in a hybrid, shift-based delivery model with focus on quality and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience with Oracle OIC integration platform.
• 3–5 years of experience in Managed Services Projects/Clients.
• Experience in integrating Oracle ERP Applications using OIC.
• Experience with Oracle Modules (Financials, SCM, HCM).
• Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience in BIP reports.
• Experience with SQL on Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, gap analysis on Oracle integrations.
• Development of cloud integration applications.
• Defining new and refining existing solutions using industry best practices for enterprise data management and data integration.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
• Adhere to AMS processes and understand the client deployment processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years hands‑on experience with Oracle OIC integration platform.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Managed Services Projects/Clients.
• Must have experience in integrating Oracle ERP Applications using OIC.
• Experience in Oracle Modules (Financials, SCM, HCM).
• Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience in BIP reports.
• Experience on relational databases such as Oracle and ability to write SQL queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and hybrid model.

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience in design, coding, testing, implementation.
• Experience in building applications in VBCS/ABCS/Oracle APEX.
• Experience in building OTBI/FRS/Smart view reports.
• Working experience with JavaScript/Groovy.
• Continuous Integration experience and knowledge (GIT, MAVEN).
• Exposure to software development in Java and object‑oriented development.
