Peloton Group is a global Oracle consulting firm delivering Advisory, Consulting, and Managed Services across industries. We seek an experienced AMS/Support professional (5–10 years) for Oracle EPM Cloud, HFM, and FCCS.

The role involves client-facing support, data reconciliation, and ITIL-aligned incident management, with IST hours and a preference for candidates in Hyderabad or Bangalore. You will engage in financial close, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and data management

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Oracle EPM Cloud, HFM, or FCCS support or implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in application support, AMS, or post-go-live environments.
• Exposure to FDM / FDMEE / Data Management tools.
• Understanding of financial close processes including consolidation, elimination, and reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards, and financial reporting concepts.
• Experience supporting intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership structures.
• Strong skills in data reconciliation and issue troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with audit controls, SOX compliance, and financial governance processes.
• Exposure to ARCS or Narrative Reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for financial consolidation applications such as HFM / FCCS, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support financial close activities including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot data loads, metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, reports, and security configurations.
• Monitor and support FDM / FDMEE / Data Management loads for timely data integration.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Assist in data reconciliation, validation, and tie-outs across financial systems.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for finance users.
• Handle incident management and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Support user access management and security roles within applications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system changes.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes in AMS operations.
• Work with business users to understand issues and provide timely solutions.

This role requires a balance of client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs.

This role requires candidates to work in IST hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience.

While this is a remote opportunity open to candidates across India, applicants based in Hyderabad or Bangalore will be preferred, as these are our primary hiring locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for financial consolidation applications such as HFM / FCCS, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and service requests.
• Support financial close cycle activities, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, reports, and security configurations.
• Monitor and support FDM / FDMEE / Data Management loads, ensuring accurate and timely data integration.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Assist in data reconciliation, validation, and tie-outs across financial systems and reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for finance users.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and enhancement of tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Support user access management, security roles, and application maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, minor enhancements, and system changes.
• Maintain documentation, support logs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) in AMS operations.
• Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Support deployment validation and post-production stabilization activities when required.
• Participate in shift-based support activities aligned to business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / FCCS support or implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in application support, AMS, or post-go-live support environments.
• Exposure FDM / FDMEE / Data Management tools.
