• Strong knowledge in avionics systems (electrical, instrument, radio/navigation, comms).
• Excellent theoretical and practical instructional skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Skilled in using training aids, simulators and LMS.
• Commitment to aviation safety and ethics.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a DGCA CAR 145 organization or equivalent civil aviation maintenance environment.
• Prior experience as an instructor in a CAR 147 Basic organization is preferred
