Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Supplier Quality Auditor to conduct audits at supplier locations and ensure conformity with automotive quality standards. You will monitor incoming quality, coordinate with inspection teams, and drive corrective actions with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in PFMEA, Control Plans, 7QC tools, and a proven ability to implement Kaizen initiatives to reduce defects and costs. This role is based in Gurugram with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier audits and QA compliance.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016.
• Experience tracking supplier performance using KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier process, system, and product audits at supplier locations.
• Monitor quality of incoming parts and raw materials from suppliers.
• Coordinate with incoming inspection team to resolve rejection and defect issues.
• Raise Supplier Corrective Action Requests for quality issues.
• Ensure suppliers perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Track supplier performance based on PPM, delivery performance, and response time.
• Prepare supplier scorecards and improvement plans for low-performing suppliers.
• Drive Kaizen and cost reduction initiatives with suppliers.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and warranty issues related to supplier parts.
• Evaluate and develop suppliers to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Support suppliers in implementing quality tools like PFMEA, Control Plan and 7QC tools.
