The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience, a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and a site-based, project-site work setup with lunch provided at the site.

Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality professional to manage quality control and assurance activities for residential projects.
• The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in daily site execution, quality inspections, documentation, and project lifecycle management from foundation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and inspect daily construction quality activities at project sites.
• Drive quality control (70%) and quality assurance (30%) processes in line with relevant IS standards, checklists, and formats.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Handle day‑to‑day quality activities throughout the project lifecycle, from foundation to handover.
• Have experience managing at least 1 2 complete residential projects from foundation to handover.
• Conduct quality inspections for:
• Foundation works RCC structures Blockwork and civil works Finishing works, including tiling, doors, windows, false ceilings, and painting MEP coordination Final handover activities Set up and manage site quality laboratories, including material and workmanship testing procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with in-house construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor material testing, workmanship quality, and rectification activities.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and certifications.
• Ensure timely closure of quality observations and snag lists.
• Support quality audits and maintain project quality records.
