Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking an Assistant Manager Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce in India. The role involves reimbursements, PF handling, and validation of FNF inputs, along with addressing employee payroll queries.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in India payroll processing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP Payroll; exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus. Office location includes Goregaon with travel to Thane CEC as required.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll; exposure to SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

Assistant Manager Payroll will be responsible for managing employee reimbursements, Provident Fund, Investment Proofs verification, validating FNF inputs and handling employee queries.

5-7 years of experience in end-to-end India payroll processing and payroll operations.

• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations (5,000+ employees) in a corporate/shared services environment.


• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll; exposure to SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience in handling employee payroll queries, ticket management, and stakeholder communication.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to coordinate with HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.


• Candidate should be willing to work from the Goregaon office and travel to the Thane CEC office as required.
