• At least 4 years leading a team of 30-55 members.
• Certified CPC/COC/CRC/CPCP (AAPC); CCS/CCSP/CCA (AHIMA).
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
