Business Description:

Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Sourcing new salary accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank targets.
• Cross- selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers.
• Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Graduate, Postgraduate (Master’s) or MBAqualification.
• At least 2 years’ experiencein corporate salary sales, frontline customer service, relationship management, or sales (sales experience is an advantage).
• Proven ability toassess customers’ financial needsandrecommend appropriate banking productsto meet those requirements.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, includingnegotiationandsales capability.
• Results-driven, while consistently demonstratingcustomer-centricbehaviors in delivery.
• Able tocommunicate effectively in English and local languages.
