• Timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.
• Execution of services in a cost-effective manner to satisfy internal customers.
• Developing buying strategies to optimize supply market value.
• Defining procurement objectives and long-term contracts with OEMs.
• Selecting options and performing risk analysis.
• Reviewing consistency and progress in procurement activities.
• Global vendor development for existing and new BOM products.
• Ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and supplies.
• Monitoring delivery schedule and following up for on-site delivery.

Job Purpose: To support the SCM team in screening, evaluating, and identifying suppliers and vendors for the supply of materials, technology, and expertise as required under budgetary approvals.

Accountabilities & Major Activities

• Market Intelligence Development – Analyzing markets and supply/demand dynamics of Solar BoM Module
• Timely procurement and delivery of raw materials
• Timely delivery of goods and execution of services in a cost‑effective manner to the utmost satisfaction of internal customers
• Developing buying strategies that optimize the potential value of supply markets and the business, ensuring integration into the overall project budget
• Defining procurement objectives and long‑term contracts with OEMs
• Selecting options and performing risk analysis
• Reviewing consistency and progress
• Global vendor development for existing and new BOM products
• Reviewing existing supplier base
• Defining standard selection criteria as per QAP
• Ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and supplies
• Monitoring delivery schedule and continuously following up for on‑site delivery
