Job summary

NIIT in India is seeking a Billing & Revenue Management professional to oversee the end-to-end billing process for customer and intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate invoices and timely submissions. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Project and Finance teams to validate inputs, data, and contracts, while maintaining data integrity and minimizing revenue leakage.

Responsibilities include preparing periodic billing reports, tracking SLAs, and ensuring internal controls.

• Coordinate with Operations, Project, and Finance teams to validate billing inputs, contracts, supporting documentation, and other relevant data.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing data and proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support the Revenue Assurance function in ensuring billing completeness and minimizing revenue leakage.
• Prepare and present periodic billing, revenue, and submission reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor billing timelines and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal controls.
