Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks an automation testing professional to drive end-to-end UiPath-based testing across offshore teams in India. You will design, implement, and maintain a modular automation framework, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality across front, middle, and back office processes.

The role requires 4–10 years in automation testing, strong UiPath expertise, and programming skills in C#/Java/Python, with ability to align with AI-driven testing

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of Automation testing experience, with a good understanding of Capital Markets domain.
• Strong UiPath Test Automation experience; UiPath SaaS cloud for Test Automation activities.
• Good Programming skills in C# or Java or Python for developing utilities.
• Hands-on experience automating Citrix-based applications with UiPath.
• Knowledge of UiPath Test Manager and its integration with Jira and other tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing approaches and opportunities for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modular, reusable test automation framework centered on UiPath Test Suite (incl. RPA test automation, orchestrations, and GenAI-assisted test generation/analysis).
• Coordinate with global teams, third party vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth execution and dependency management across workstreams.
• Define and promote standards, tools, and best practices for test automation, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Adoption and continuous improvement of best practices and testing standards.
• Support preparation and maintenance of standard Automation testing artefacts and reports, including Automation Test Plan, Automation Test Strategy, Automation Test Execution Summary, and metrics dashboards.
• Act as a backup to the Automation Test Lead, supporting management reporting and status communication when required.
• Support understanding and champion adoption of AI driven testing methodologies where applicable.
• Coordinate with US / UK teams and clients, with flexibility to work across APAC, UK, or US time zones as required.

The Alpha Global Testing Practice focuses on strategy, planning, execution, and management of end-to-end platform testing during Alpha implementations.
