Job summary

State Street GCI is seeking a results‑driven testing professional to lead end‑to‑end platform testing across large transformation programs. The role spans front, middle, and back office operations with complex data flows and AI‑driven testing approaches.

You will manage a global testing team, drive best practices, and coordinate with US/UK vendors while delivering high‑quality client outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in functional testing and testing strategy.
• Experience leading project teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Investment Banking applications across Front/Middle/Back Office and multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Represent State Street GCI in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding clients through end‑to‑end testing.
• Manage resource allocation for the testing team and drive delivery initiatives.
• Oversee a global team of testers, ensuring high‑quality delivery across regions and vendors.
• Script, run and troubleshoot Robotic test automation and support AI‑driven testing approaches.
• Provide test metrics and status reporting to management on a timely basis.
