Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking a Performance Scrum Manager to drive Agile delivery of performance initiatives, partnering with business and technology teams and blending Scrum leadership with product ownership.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, leverage SQL for data validation, and manage risks in a client‑facing environment, aligning delivery with client priorities in a global financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in investment management, financial services, or data-driven delivery environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Strong working knowledge of performance concepts.
• Hands-on SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Ability to take on product ownership alongside Scrum leadership.
• Strong communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
