• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and other cuisines as per the menu and chef's instructions.
• Handle breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, curries, gravies, rice, breads, soups, and other assigned dishes.
• Assist in preparing dishes, wherever required.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations independently when required.
