Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior leader to head M&A, corporate development and investor relations, working closely with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and steer transaction processes.

You will oversee investment analyses, due diligence, IC presentations and financial modeling, while building strong relationships with promoters, investors and analysts and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate M&A, corporate development or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, P&L, cash flows and business economics.
• Experience in investor relations, investor engagement and analyst interactions is essential.
• Professional finance qualifications (CA, MBA with finance, CFA) or equivalent.

Senior Leader – M&A, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute and hands‑on professional to lead and support the organisation’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate development and Investor Relations (IR) initiatives.

The role will work closely with senior leadership on identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, structuring transactions, conducting investment analysis, coordinating due diligence and managing relationships with promoters, investors, analysts and other key stakeholders.
