Job summary

TERI is seeking a Regional Manager (Consultant) in Lucknow to lead NCAP activities across Uttar Pradesh’s ULBs, coordinating with government officials and stakeholders. The role involves data collection, GIS mapping, and preparing detailed progress reports and dashboards.

You will review field data, monitor dispersion sources, track timelines, and identify gaps. Travel across UP is required, with emphasis on capacity building and documenting best practices for policy impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage NCAP activities across assigned ULBs and coordinate with relevant government officials.
• Monitor identification, mapping and mitigation of key dispersed pollution sources.
• Review ULB submissions, field data and supporting evidence, and conduct field verification.
• Track progress against agreed actions, timelines and NCAP indicators and identify implementation gaps.
• Coordinate field surveys, GIS mapping, geotagging and pollution source documentation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, dashboards, scorecards and regional review briefs.
• Support capacity building, stakeholder coordination and follow up on pending actions.
• Document best practices and prepare case studies, presentations and analytical reports.
• Escalate critical implementation issues and delays to the Programme Lead and facilitate their resolution.
