Teri In in Lucknow is seeking a dedicated professional to manage NCAP activities across ULBs in Uttar Pradesh, coordinating with government officials to ensure timely actions.

You will monitor pollution sources, review field data, conduct verifications, and prepare dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring and decision-making. The role requires strong project management, travel across ULBs, and documenting best practices.

Formación

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or related discipline
• Willingness to travel across ULBs in Uttar Pradesh
• Strong programme and project management skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage NCAP activities across assigned ULBs and coordinate with relevant government officials.
• Monitor identification, mapping and mitigation of key dispersed pollution sources.
• Review ULB submissions, field data and supporting evidence, and conduct field verification.
• Track progress against agreed actions, timelines and NCAP indicators and identify implementation gaps.
• Coordinate field surveys, GIS mapping, geotagging and pollution source documentation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, dashboards, scorecards and regional review briefs.
• Support capacity building, stakeholder coordination and follow up on pending actions.
• Document best practices and prepare case studies, presentations and analytical reports.
• Escalate critical implementation issues and delays to the Programme Lead and facilitate their resolution.

Master-s degree in Environmental Science- Environmental Engineering- Environmental Management- Urban Planning- Public Policy- Development Studies- Sustainability- Energy and Environment or a related discipline.

Skills

• - Strong programme and project management skills
• - Good understanding of urban environmental and air pollution issues
• - Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• - Ability to analyse field and programme data and identify implementation gaps
• - Good report writing and presentation skills
• - Proficiency in MS Office- particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• - Familiarity with GIS- MIS and data management systems will be an advantage
• - Willingness to undertake extensive travel across assigned ULBs in Uttar Pradesh
