Job summary

Sampoorna Consultants seeks an AI - Visual Manager to lead the transformation of its visualization organization into an AI-first department. You will mentor and develop Visualization Artists, CGI Specialists, AI Content Creators, and production staff, while establishing scalable production workflows and career pathways.

You will drive AI adoption, elevate photorealistic rendering standards, and oversee end-to-end production quality, prioritization, and delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in CGI visualization, digital content creation, creative technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading creative production, visualization, or digital content teams.
• 2+ years of professional experience using AI creative tools and pioneering AI creative techniques.
• Proven experience implementing AI-enabled creative workflows within a commercial production environment.
• Advanced expertise in generative AI technologies and CGI visualization.
• Deep understanding of photorealistic rendering, digital asset creation, materials, lighting, and visualization workflows.
• Expertise in AI image generation, AI video generation, creative automation platforms, and workflow development.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, mentorship, stakeholder management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead Organizational Transformation & Team Development

Lead the transformation of CGI organization into an AI-first visualization department.

Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Visualization Artists, CGI Specialists, AI Content Creators, and Production Team Members.

Establish team structures, career development pathways, workforce planning strategies, and scalable production workflows.

Drive AI adoption, continuous learning, capability development, and operational excellence across the visualization organization.

Drive Visualization Production Excellence

Establish and oversee production standards for AI-generated and CGI-generated visual content.

Ensure photorealistic visualization standards, product accuracy, materials, lighting, styling, composition, rendering quality, and realism across all outputs.

Oversee production execution, workflow optimization, resource planning, project prioritization, delivery operations, and quality assurance methodologies.

Continuously optimize production pipelines to increase speed-to-market while maintaining enterprise quality standards.

Build AI-Powered Visualization Workflows

Build scalable workflows that integrate CGI and photography production pipelines with AI-powered visualization technologies.

Develop production methodologies supporting AI image generation, AI video generation, virtual photography, and content automation.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive production tasks and reduce manual effort through AI technologies.

Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and models to improve production quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Partner Across Global Creative Teams

Partner closely with the AI Art Director, Global Operations teams, and Global Creative teams to bring creative vision to life through scalable visualization and production systems.

Translate creative direction, visual standards, brand guidelines, and AI art direction into repeatable production methodologies.

Support enterprise-wide initiatives involving AI-generated imagery, product visualization, lifestyle content, virtual photography, and AI video generation.

Drive the implementation, adoption, and operationalization of AI-enabled content creation technologies and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in CGI visualization, digital content creation, creative technology, or related fields.
