Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in static design and video-editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Edits, InShot, VN or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kive, Runway ML, Sora, Midjourney, Veo 3, Tripo Studio, Figma Weave, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Lovable or similar platforms.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both graphic-design and video-editing capabilities.
• Strong visual taste with an eye for colour, composition, product presentation, and premium storytelling.
• Good understanding of Instagram, short-form content, social-media trends, Meta Ads, and performance-focused creative execution.
• Ability to balance polished brand-building content with fast, culturally relevant and conversion-led creatives.
• Detail-oriented, organised, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
