Job summary

Soul AI, based in Hyderabad, seeks an AI TrainerLiterature with 1+ year experience in English literature to join our dynamic team. You will create and curate literature-based content, evaluate AI-generated analyses, and help train LLMs using RLHF techniques in literary comprehension and creative expression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in English Literature or related fields (Teaching, Research, Academic Writing, etc)
• Strong understanding of literary forms, theory, criticism, and major literary works/authors
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated analysis and improve its literary sensitivity and accuracy
• Familiarity with classic and contemporary literature across regions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated literary content for coherence, thematic relevance, and interpretive depth
