Job summary

Soul AI, founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, is seeking skilled Java Trainers to join our Hyderabad team. You will write and review Java code for AI model training, and help learners master core concepts while contributing to real-world AI tasks.

This on-site role offers hands-on experience with RLHF techniques, debugging AI content, and shaping the next generation of AI practitioners through practical training and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Java development, teaching, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts like OOP, exception handling, file I/O, and collections.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to critically assess and improve AI-generated Java code.
