Job summary

Soul AI in Hyderabad seeks an experienced AI Trainer-Computer Science to develop and refine CS content and evaluate AI-generated outputs across algorithms, OS, DBMS, and networking. The role focuses on ensuring technical accuracy and clear explanations.

You will contribute to RLHF-based training for LLMs and collaborate with a fast-moving team in a mission-driven company. This paid trainee role offers a competitive stipend in the Hyderabad area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Computer Science or related fields (Teaching, Software Development, Academic Content, etc)
• Strong grasp of core subjects like DSA, DBMS, OS, Networking, and Programming Concepts
• Proficiency in analyzing and improving technical AI-generated outputs
• Knowledge of CS curriculum at the undergraduate level is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine content related to algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, and more
• Evaluate AI-generated code and CS content for technical accuracy and clarity
• Identify and debug conceptual or logical errors in AI-driven technical responses
• Contribute to training and fine-tuning LLMs using RLHF methodologies
