Soul AI, based in Hyderabad, seeks an AI Trainer with at least 1 year in Industrial Engineering to join our growing team. You will develop and review industrial engineering problems, assess AI outputs for operations research and supply chain accuracy, and help refine AI-generated responses.

This hands-on role offers exposure to RLHF-based model training and real-world AI training tasks. Join a fast-moving team focused on AI for Good and impactful training projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of core topics.
• Ability to critically analyze and enhance AI-generated technical content.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and refine Industrial Engineering problems and solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness in topics like Operations Research, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Quality Control.
• Identify and correct computational or conceptual errors in AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate in training and optimizing large language models using RLHF.
