This one’s different. The AI Specialist at Sirican is for someone already in the deep end — experimenting with tools, building automations, and thinking about how AI plugs into real business workflows. We work with n8n, Make, Zapier, and a growing stack of AI tools across client projects and our own internal systems. You’ll be at the centre of that.

What You’ll Actually Do

Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems
Document systems so the wider team can adopt and scale them
Work with content, marketing, and ops teams to identify where AI can save real time
Stay ahead of what’s coming — not just what’s already here

What We’re Looking For

Curiosity over credentials. If you’ve built something — show us. If you’ve broken something trying to build it, even better. We want thinkers and builders, not people who’ve only taken an AI course and added it to their resume.

Bonus Points

Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier. Python basics. Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
