Qualifications

Job description

BlitzenX is looking for a AI Technical Lead to drive the architectural design, development, andproductionizationofcutting-edgeAI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, with a strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs). This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor a team of engineers, set technical standards, and bridge the gap between business needs and technological implementation to deliver scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define the technical roadmap for AI projects, design scalable, secure, and robust AI/ML architectures, and guide developers in implementing complex solutions.

GenAI & LLM Ownership: Spearhead Generative AI initiatives, including Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system development, prompt engineering, and output quality assessment.

End-to-End Delivery: Own the full AI product lifecycle, from prototyping and proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Mentorship & Team Growth: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of AI/ML engineers, conducting code reviews and implementing best practices for coding, testing, and debugging.

MLOps& Deployment: EstablishMLOpspractices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and drift detection to ensure high reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Product, Data Science, and Business teams to translate business problems into concrete AI solutions.

Innovation & Research: ContinuouslymonitorAI technology trends and introduce innovative techniques (e.g., agentic workflows, multi-modal alignment) to enhance product capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.

Education: Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ora relatedtechnical field.

Core Technical Skills:

Languages: Expert-levelproficiencyin Python.

AI/ML Frameworks: Deep experience withPyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Hugging Face,LangChain, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).

Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure, or GCP.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical issues and manage ambiguity in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any post-graduatein Computer Science or related degree.

Experience in designing Agentic AI solutions.

Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, fairness, and bias mitigation.

Background in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
