Job summary

AIEngg is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the AI Engineering (RAG and Agents) cohort in Bengaluru. You will work alongside the instructor to keep learners unblocked and provide written feedback on assignments.

You will clarify doubts on embeddings, RAG techniques, and agent systems, host practice sessions, and help identify common sticking points to improve materials. Availability is 5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of RAG and agentic patterns.
• 5–20 hours per week of reliable availability.
• Clear written communication, since much of the support is written.
• Patience and a genuine interest in helping people learn.
