Job summary

Innovoot is seeking a remote AI workflow engineer to design and build AI-powered workflows and assistants across client businesses. You will evaluate LLM providers and automation platforms to meet each client's needs, and collaborate with the delivery team to ensure automation reduces manual work, not adds complexity.

The role emphasizes experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow tools, with a fully remote, flexible-hours setup and health insurance available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or applied AI in production.
• Experience with workflow/automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar).
• Able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
