Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks. You will build autonomous workflows, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and contribute reusable accelerators across teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in Generative AI or Agentic AI, and strong Python skills. Collaboration and communication are essential for cross‑functional success.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM‑based development experience.
• Experience building and delivering AI-powered applications and automation in enterprise environments.

• Build solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience building AI agents, copilots, and RAG‑based solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable value.
