Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking an Architect / Sr.Architect - AI to lead end-to-end AI solutions, from stakeholder interaction through PoC to production. The role emphasizes multi-agent AI design, GenAI capabilities, and cloud-native implementation across core business domains.

The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and AI tooling, and be able to drive production-grade deployments while staying current with emerging AI trends and patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-agent AI system design for business problems.
• Proven ability to drive GenAI/AI PoC to production readiness.
• Experience with GenAI, RAG, Vector DB, Agentic patterns, and Planner.
• Strong Python, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure skills.
• Experience training NLP/vision models and related AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own AI solutions technically & drive end-to-end from stakeholder interaction to productionize.
• Drive quick PoC/feasibility of AI solutions.
• Support pre-sales with solution proposals and customer engagement.
• Create technical artifacts for the solution.
• Drive maturation of the solution to production-grade levels.
• Keep up to date with AI trends and apply them to the solution.

Architect / Sr.Architect - AI

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI solutions technically & drive end to end from stakeholders interaction, conceptualization, PoC, productionize.
• Drive quick Proof of Concept / Feasibility of the solution.
• Support pre-sales in proposing right solution, customer engagement & plan.
• Responsible for technical artifacts creation for the solution.
• Drive the solution to maturity & production grade through the team.
• Keep upto date with technology trends & apply appropriately in the solution.

Requirements

Key Skills

• Experience in Multi-Agent AI system design & development for business problem with standard Agent SDK, A2A, MCP
• Experience in GenAI solutions design & development like RAG, Agentic RAG, Vector DB, Agentic Patterns Orchestrator, Planner.
• Experience in fine-tuning various LLMs like Mistral, Olama with domain data.
• Experience in designing evaluation & AgentOps for Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in training ANN for NLP, Computer Vision problems with Object Detection Models, Transformer Models, Prediction Models.
• Strong Python system design & development, microservices, docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure
