Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Chennai is seeking an experienced Senior AI/GenAI Engineer Developer for our offshore development center. You will lead design and development of multi‑agent AI solutions to address business problems, and work in a hybrid model.

The role requires hands‑on experience with large language models, domain adaptation, and AI system evaluation. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi‑agent AI system design & development for business problems.
• Experience in fine‑tuning LLMs with domain data.
• Experience in designing evaluation methods and AgentOps for Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in training ANN for NLP and CV problems with Transformers and detection models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi‑agent AI systems for business problems.
• Fine‑tune LLMs (e.g., Mistral, Olama) with domain data.
