Job summary

GAC Solutions in India is seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions across HR and enterprise workflows. You will architect multi-agent systems, leverage Copilot Studio and Dataiku, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI capabilities.

You will ensure data privacy, implement guardrails, perform output evaluation, and maintain auditability in all deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, MCP/A2A, and prompt design.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio: designing, building, and publishing agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish agents using Copilot Studio (topics, actions, knowledge sources, connectors).
• Operationalize AI/GenAI use cases in Dataiku.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration with human-in-the-loop design patterns.
• Design process maps and solution architectures; document workflows.
• Ensure data privacy and access control for sensitive employee data; apply guardrails and auditability.

• Strong knowledge of GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, MCP/A2A, and prompt design
• Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio: designing, building, and publishing agents (topics, actions, knowledge sources, connectors)
• Dataiku: building and operationalizing AI/GenAI use cases
• Multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop design patterns
• Process design and documentation (process maps, solution architecture diagrams)
• Handling of sensitive employee data (PII), data privacy, and access control
• Responsible AI practices: guardrails, output evaluation, and auditability

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Workday: HR processes, data model, and integrations
• ServiceNow: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and workflow integrations
