Job summary

Snezzi is seeking a role where you own a handful of client accounts end-to-end, including strategy, content, technical fixes, publishing, and reporting. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining judgment and client confidence. The playbook is half written, and you’ll help finish it for the team.

You’ll ship weekly plans, turn goals into actions, and communicate clearly with clients. This is a fast-paced, AI-enhanced growth role in a dynamic startup environment.

About Snezzi

Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Googles AI Overviews before they ever open a search result. Snezzi is an AI-powered SEO and AEO platform that gets brands named and cited in those answers. Unlike most tools in this space, we dont hand clients a dashboard and wish them luck. We deliver the work: prompt strategy, content, technical fixes, publishing and reporting.

Today we run delivery for 10+ clients across enterprise voice AI, communications APIs, cloud consulting, legal tech, healthcare education, admissions edtech, re-commerce and US home care. We need someone who can own accounts end to end.

The role

Youll own delivery for a handful of client accounts, end to end: strategy, content, technical fixes, publishing and reporting. Our platform and AI agents do most of the production work. Your job is judgement, pace, and keeping clients confident in where things stand.

This is a build role. The playbook is half written, and youll help finish it for the people who join after you.

What youll do

• Own a small portfolio of client accounts and their results in AI and classic search.

• Turn client goals into a clear plan, then ship against it every week.

• Use AI to research, draft, review and publish faster than a traditional agency team.

• Run client calls and send concise updates that link to the work.

• Spot whats working, cut what isnt, and flag blockers early.

What were looking for

• Clear communicator. You write and speak simply, keep clients informed before they have to ask, and say so early when something slips.

• Fast. You ship a good version today and improve it tomorrow, rather than polishing for a week.

• AI-native. You already use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools every day to get real work done, and you know when to trust the output and when to check it.

• 3+ years in SEO, content or growth, ideally running client accounts at an agency or startup.

• Sharp editorial judgement and a habit of checking facts.

• Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4 and a CMS like WordPress or Webflow.

Nice to have

• Hands-on GEO or AEO experience.

• Comfort with Claude Code, Cursor or a terminal.

• Basic HTML, schema markup or scripting.
