Job summary

UST is seeking an AI-SDLC Architect to guide enterprise engineering teams in adopting AI-native software delivery practices. The role blends architecture, engineering, and client engagement, focusing on Claude-enabled workflows, DevOps, and secure cloud deployment.

The ideal candidate will lead AI-native SDLC transformations, design reference architectures, and collaborate across security, engineering, and business units to drive scalable AI-driven development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Engineer with direct client engagement.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud-based application delivery and secure deployment models.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing software delivery processes and redesign them using AI-native workflows.
• Architect and implement AI coding agent integration within enterprise pipelines and cloud environments.
• Define AI-SDLC reference architectures, blueprints, and implementation approaches.
• Design and optimize DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for secure AI-assisted delivery.
• Implement security controls, static analysis, dependency scanning, secrets detection, and governance.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to drive adoption of AI-powered practices.
• Provide technical leadership on AI-native SDLC transformation and best practices.
• Design secure deployment patterns for AI coding agents in enterprise clouds.
• Support tooling governance, scalability, and usage management for AI platforms.

We are seeking an experienced AI-SDLC Architect to help enterprise engineering teams adopt AI-native software delivery practices. This role combines architecture, engineering, and client engagement responsibilities to design, implement, and scale AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Claude, DevOps, AI coding agents, secure software delivery, cloud architecture, and enterprise-scale governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing software delivery processes and redesign them using AI-native and agentic development workflows.
• Architect and implement AI coding agent integration within enterprise development pipelines and cloud environments.
• Define AI-SDLC reference architectures, blueprints, and implementation approaches aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Design and optimize DevOps and CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and efficient AI-assisted software delivery.
