As an AI QE Engineer - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 13 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing, Prompt Engineering for QE
• Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.
• TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
• Leading large-scale software engineering projects with strategic advising
• Utilizing advanced skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
• Managing complex client relationships with a focus on software innovation
• Applying systems thinking to identify and solve underlying problems
• Demonstrating proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
