Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a QE Automation Engineer - Manager to lead quality engineering initiatives within our Technology Consulting practice. You will implement leading practice standards in software development and testing, identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and mentor junior staff.

You will manage client accounts and drive strategic planning for delivery excellence. You will lead with integrity, collaborate across geographies, and foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in QA automation or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

As a QE Automation Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering initiatives within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, utilizing your technical experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
