Job summary

N Consulting Limited urgently seeks a QA professional with deep Generative AI experience to architect AI-powered test automation and agentic QA workflows. You will collaborate with QA, Dev, DevOps, and Product teams to accelerate reliable software delivery.

The role demands hands-on coding in Python/JavaScript/Java, proficiency with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, and strong knowledge of performance testing, API testing, and CI/CD integration to drive intelligent quality engineering across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and QA experience.

We are urgently hiring QA with solid Experience in Agentic AI.

Location : Pan India

Exp: 6+yrs

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands‑on experience in Generative AI, AI agents, test automation frameworks, and performance testing tools. The candidate will collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams to enable faster and more reliable software delivery through intelligent quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Successfully implementing AI-powered test automation frameworks that significantly increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
• Enabling automatic generation of high-quality test cases from requirements, leading to faster test design and improved requirement traceability
• Delivering self-healing test suites that reduce maintenance overhead and improve execution stability across releases
• Building and deploying AI agents that automate critical QA processes such as defect triage, root cause analysis, and test optimization
• Establishing multi-agent workflows that streamline end-to-end quality engineering activities with minimal manual intervention
• Implementing AI-led performance engineering, including intelligent workload modelling, anomaly detection, and predictive performance insights
• Reducing performance bottlenecks and proactively identifying capacity and scalability risks before release
• Providing data-driven quality insights through predictive models, enabling teams to make confident release decisions
• Identifying high-risk areas early using historical data and improving overall product quality outcomes
• Seamlessly integrating AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated quality gates and continuous validation
• Ensuring AI systems are scalable, reliable, cost‑efficient, and governed with proper monitoring and controls

The Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and quality assurance practices
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and LLM‑based solutions
• Experience building or working with AI agents / agentic workflows
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
