Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader in Bengaluru, India with 10+ years in technology delivery leadership. The role focuses on managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including AI/ML and automation, with strong governance, executive reporting, and benefits realization.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of business cases, delivery plans, and establish new teams and operating models to scale capabilities across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Technology Delivery leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management with experience in delivery governance, executive reporting, financial oversight, risk, and dependency management.
Experience Developing Business Cases, Delivery Plans, And Benefits/value realisation approaches.
Experience with Agile delivery, preferably including SAFe, PI Planning, and ART coordination.
Experience Establishing New Teams, Operating Models, Or Technology Capabilities would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale technology delivery programs with cross-functional teams across multiple domains.
Govern delivery governance, provide executive reporting, and manage risks and dependencies.
Drive business case development, delivery plans, and benefits realization for initiatives.
Implement Agile delivery practices, including SAFe, PI Planning, and ART coordination.
Establish new operating models, teams, and technology capabilities to enable scalable delivery.
