Job summary
Ascendion Engineering seeks a senior Delivery Leader to steer technology delivery programs in enterprise environments in Mumbai. With 10+ years in delivery leadership, you will drive complex cross-functional initiatives, oversee AI/ML and automation, and manage governance, risk, and benefits realization.
Strong stakeholder engagement and SAFe/PI Planning experience are essential to establish new operating models and teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in delivery/technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering AI, ML, Generative AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management with governance, executive reporting, financial oversight, risk, and dependency management.
- Experience developing business cases, delivery plans, and benefits/value realisation approaches.
- Experience with Agile delivery, preferably including SAFe, PI Planning, and ART coordination.
- Experience establishing new teams, operating models, or technology capabilities would be advantageous.
