Job summary

Humaine Labs in Bengaluru seeks an AI Coach to guide enterprise teams in applying AI to daily work and design scalable solutions. You will shape programmes, win buy-in, deliver sessions, and help clients embed AI in real workflows.

You will work with L&D heads and senior leaders, translating needs into proposals, coordinating with content teams, and tracking adoption and outcomes. This role offers direct exposure to founders and a clear path from coaching to advisory within a growing AI practice.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in product, consulting or client-facing roles.
• Daily hands-on use of Gen AI tools with demonstrable use cases.
• Ability to talk to engineering/data teams and CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong proposal writing and client brief skills.
• Experience in enterprise procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, define scope, outcomes, and delivery plan for AI programmes.
• Design and propose enterprise AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Deliver workshops, bootcamps, and cohorts; coach participants on workflows.
• Track adoption and capability gains post-delivery and support renewals.
• Present results to senior stakeholders and procurement with evidence.

The role

As an AI Coach, you coach enterprise teams to use AI in their daily work and design the solutions that make it stick. You understand the client's need, shape and propose the programme, win buy-in, deliver it, and then help the client apply AI to real workflows.

What you will own

• Client needs: Run discovery with L&D heads, CXOs and business leaders. Find the capability gap behind the request.
• Proposals: Turn discovery into a clear proposal with scope, outcomes, timeline and delivery plan. Work with our content team on the design.
• Programme effectiveness: Present to senior stakeholders and procurement. Back every claim with evidence from past programmes and client data.
• Coaching and delivery: Facilitate workshops, bootcamps and cohort programmes. Coach participants on their own workflows and tools, in the room and between sessions.
• Solutions: Identify use cases, redesign workflows, recommend tools and shape AI roadmaps for client teams. This grows from supporting senior coaches in your first months to leading engagements.
• Outcomes: Track adoption and capability gains after delivery. Use the results to renew and expand the engagement.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 6 to 10 years in product, consulting or client-facing solutions roles
• Daily hands-on use of Gen AI tools, with real use cases you can demo
• Technical enough to talk to engineering and data teams, business-minded enough to talk to a CFO
• Sharp structured thinking and writing, especially proposals and client briefs
• Confident presenting to senior leaders and handling hard questions
• Experience influencing or selling in relationship-led, procurement-heavy enterprise settings

Good to have

• Prior experience designing or delivering corporate training, bootcamps or workshops
• Consulting background in strategy, digital or technology advisory
• Enterprise buyer exposure in India, Southeast Asia or the GCC
• Exposure to change management or adoption programmes
