Job summary

10DEM is an applied AI consultancy offering hands-on internships to students and recent graduates. You will research AI models, build AI workflows with LLMs and automation platforms, create prompts and AI agents, and experiment with no-/low-code tools from a remote setting.

A potential full-time offer may follow the 3–6 month engagement. Ideal candidates have curiosity about AI, familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Python basics, and strong analytical/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• Strong curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
• Basic understanding of Python, APIs, or automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.

Rather than just deploying tools, 10DEM specializes in the “hard 80%” of AI work: redesigning processes, enabling adoption, and aligning AI initiatives to P&L impact. The team helps clients identify high‑impact AI opportunities, rebuild workflows around AI, and establish champions, training, and measurement frameworks that drive sustained usage. 10DEM works best with apps, D2C brands, marketplaces, subscription and media businesses, consumer fintech, and health companies that are serious about AI but underserved by large consulting firms. With a strong operator background and a focus on 90‑day delivery, 10DEM ensures that client teams retain capability and ownership rather than long‑term dependency.
