About the Job:

As an AI-First Developer, you’ll combine full stack development expertise with AI-driven problem solving. You’ll use modern AI tools, frameworks, and models (like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, or custom LLM APIs) to design, build, and optimize intelligent web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, data engineers, and product leads—to bring ideas to life efficiently and intelligently, regardless of the underlying tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using AI-assisted workflows.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive coding, documentation, and testing tasks for faster development.
• Integrate AI APIs and services (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, etc.) into existing systems.
• Build efficient backend logic and seamless frontend experiences using appropriate frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, Next.js, React, Node.js).
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Leverage cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment, scaling, and application management.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into AI-enhanced features.
• Debug, optimize, and continuously improve applications using AI-driven insights and monitoring tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development trends to enhance productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in at least one backend framework (Laravel, Node.js, Django, or similar).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies like ReactJS, Vue, or Next.js.
• Proficiency in working with AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, or custom model integration).
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cody, etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to any tech stack when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, and remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI workflow automation using tools like LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom LLM orchestration.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning models for specific business tasks.
• Experience building or integrating SaaS products powered by AI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals, including APIs, ETL pipelines, and model serving.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum-based development practices.
