Job summary

Infosys is seeking a results-driven AI leader to design and deliver next-generation AI-powered products across Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, and Finance. You will architect scalable AI/GenAI solutions spanning data, model, and application layers.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you will mentor engineers on AI engineering, prompt engineering, and emerging technologies, while establishing MLOps, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable AI/GenAI solutions across data, model, and application layers.
• Design and implement LLM, RAG, Copilot, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions.
• Define AI reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Conduct discovery workshops and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Establish MLOps & GenAIOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build AI-enabled products.
• Support customer engagements, solutioning discussions, and pre-sales initiatives.
• Mentor teams on AI engineering, prompt engineering, and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML architectures.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph/CrewAI/AutoGen, Hugging Face, and MLflow.
• Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, GraphRAG, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI.
• Exposure to Foundation Models, Cursor, Devin, and modern AI development tools.
• Customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Domain expertise in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
