Job summary

Mijas Consultants Jaipur is seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to act as the technical backbone of the AI Center of Excellence. You will design scalable AI architectures, lead AI engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI, LLM, and NLP solutions across cloud platforms and APIs.

You will mentor engineers, guide ML model development, ensure secure, compliant AI practices, and drive integration with BFSI/FinTech contexts. Strong leadership and hands-on GenAI experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8-16 years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years leading AI teams.
• Hands-on with production-grade GenAI apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise AI solution architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead GenAI/LLM solutions: copilots, AI assistants, document intelligence, multi-agent systems, and more.
• Mentor and lead a team of GenAI/ML engineers and AI developers.
• Guide ML model development (predictive, fraud, credit scoring, NLP, forecasting).
• Drive enterprise AI platform development, integrations, and cloud/DevOps practices.

Role Summary

The AI Technical Lead will serve as the technical backbone of the AI CoE, responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, leading AI engineering teams, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions spanning GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, API integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
