EloElo Group in Bengaluru is seeking an AI Pod Lead to own the creative direction, production quality and business performance of an AI micro-drama pod. You will lead AI Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors from story development to final delivery, balancing creative ambition with timelines and revenue targets.

This fulltime onsite role offers the chance to shape scalable production workflows, leverage AI tools, and align with StoryTV's content and business teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Pod Lead to own the creative direction, production quality and business performance of an AI micro-drama pod.

You will lead AI Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors, overseeing production from story development to final delivery.
